Rare Flower Agency is seeking an experienced, Senior E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to support and scale online sales channels. This role requires a marketing professional who understands how to drive conversions, optimize online storefronts, manage paid campaigns, and improve overall customer acquisition for e-commerce brands.

About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that increase traffic, boost conversions, and grow revenue across multiple e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a high level strategy person, has hands-on experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, eBay, and a strong background in paid ads, email marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured multi-platform e-commerce research across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and eBay to identify trending products, market opportunities, and high-performing categories

  • Analyze product rankings, keywords, competitor activity, and creator/influencer ecosystems across each platform to inform product and channel strategy

  • Deliver data-driven insights to support product selection, positioning, and ongoing e-commerce growth strategy

  • Optimize product listings, landing pages, and storefronts for maximum conversion

  • Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements

  • Collaborate with the creative team on ad assets, product images, and promotional content]

  • Manage retargeting campaigns and A/B testing to improve customer acquisition

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing (5 - 10+ years preferred)

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, or eBay, or similar

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into sales strategy

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
